Find your way

The following explains (1) how to get from the airport to your hotel or the conference venue, (2) how to get to the conference venue from your hotel.

The conference takes place at Copenhagen Business School in Porcelænshaven, which was formerly the Royal Copenhagen Porcelain Factory.

1. Getting from Copenhagen Airport to your hotel/the conference venue

You can take public transport or a taxi from the airport to your hotel.

METRO
The Metro in Copenhagen is new and well-run. It departs directly from the arrival hall at Copenhagen Airport every 4-6 minutes during the day and evening hours, and 15-20 minutes intervals during the night. The Metro is faster and cheaper than a taxi.

When you enter the arrival hall (Terminal 3), you continue straight ahead to the opposite end of Terminal 3 where you can buy tickets for the metro at the DSB ticket counter or from a ticket machine. Please note that the ticket machines do not accept notes, only coins and cards such as the Dankort, VISA, etc. You need a three zones ticket (DKK 36 = app. 5 Euro) to go to either the city center or the conference venue.

If you plan to stay in Copenhagen longer, purchase a 72-hour City Pass. The City Pass gives you unlimited access to buses, trains, metro and harbour buses in zones 1 – 4, which includes the centre of Copenhagen and to and from the airport. You can purchase the City Pass at the airport or online HERE for 200DKK (app. 27 Euro)

TAXI
A taxi ride is the most expensive way to get to and from the airport. A taxi from the airport to the hotel/CBS will cost about DKK 250-350 with a travel time of about 30-50 minutes, depending on the traffic. Taxi stands are located just outside Terminal 3.

Going to
Radisson BLU Falconer
If you are going to SAS Radisson Falconer take the Metro direction Vanløse (that is the only direction the metro is going from the airport) and get off at the Frederiksberg Metro station. The hotel is a 3 minute walk from the Metro station. Total travel time by Metro from the airport to Frederiksberg Metro station is about 18 minutes.

The conference venue at CBS
If you are going to the conference venue at CBS take the Metro direction Vanløse and get off at the Fasanvej Metro station. The venue is a 5 minute walk from the Metro station. Total travel time by Metro from the airport to Fasanvej Metro station is about 20 minutes.

Hotel Cabinn Scandinavia
If you are going to Hotel Cabinn Scandinavia take the Metro from Copenhagen Airport in the direction of Vanløse. You have to get off at Forum Metro Station. From there, the hotel is a 2 minute walk. Total travel time by Metro from the airport to Forum Metro station is about 16 minutes.
